Ordering Anchor Threads
We are currently experimenting with the best way of ordering large quantities
of thread online. At the moment, we think the best way is to email us the
thread numbers required. This means that you don't have to spend time online
typing in colour numbers or selecting them from enormous drop-down lists.
You can compose your list offline, or paste it from your design program
or even scan the key to your chart and attach it to an email!
So, to buy thread, click the buy button for the quantity and type of
thread you require. When you progress to the checkout and enter your card
details, you'll be sent an email containing your order confirmation and
reference number. If you reply to that email and include your choice of
colours in the message, we'll be able to match your personal details with
your email and send you your choice. There is no need send your card
details in the email. If you don't receive the confirmation email for
some reason, just send us
an email quoting the reference number and colour choices.

Bobbin Winding Service
Free bobbin winding is available for the above six stranded thread. We
can provide the thread either as skeins, or already wound onto numbered
card bobbins. To receive your threads prewound, simply "buy" the free winding
service below. Selecting this option may delay your thread order
for a few days, especially if we're busy.

Anchor Starter kits and refills
Quarter skein lengths are ideal for the occasional stitcher, or if you
want to make sure you can start any project, without having to keep a whole
skein of everything. Or, if you're normally a DMC user, why not have an
Anchor starter kit for those charts that use it, and vice versa.
