Terms And Conditions
Order Confirmation
The order confirmation web page and email are provided only to indicate
that our ordering software has received your order. Tandem Cottage Needlework
Ltd reserves the right to decline an order or part order.
Cancellation
You may cancel all or part of an order at any time up until dispatch by
email, fax or telephone. Please quote the order number when cancelling.
Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items will be sent as soon as possible.
Errors and Lost Items
Please notify us of any errors or faulty items with your order within 10
days of receipt. Items sent in error must be returned in good condition
and fit for resale. We will refund second class return postage.
Items that go astray in the post cannot be replaced for 10 days after
the date of posting. The Post Office is likely to send a form requesting
details of the lost parcel, please assist us by returning the form promptly.
Please, please, check with your local Post Office that the parcel is not
awaiting collection before reporting it missing.
Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
2000, you may return items within seven days of receipt for a full refund.
However, unless items are faulty or sent in error, you are liable for the
cost of return postage. Items must be returned unopened, in good condition
and fit for immediate resale. We will not accept return of packages containing
copyright material (kits and chart packs, etc.) if the packaging seal has
been broken. Also, cut fabric is classed as "customised" and therefore
exempt from the Regulations, although we will usually accept returns except
for very unusual shaped pieces!
Privacy Policy
Tandem Cottage Needlework Ltd does not make any of your details available
to any third parties for marketing purposes.
