Terms are strictly cash with order. UK postage is free on orders over £25.00, otherwise it is 95p. Overseas postage is charged at cost. The Royal Mail online postage calculator should give you an idea of international rates.Prices and specifications are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT at 17.5%. E&OE.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch in stock items within one or two days whenever possible. Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as we receive them. Prewound threads and starter kits may take longer, please see the appropriate pages for more information.Some manufacturers are notoriously bad at stock control and are sometimes out of stock of an item for months. There is nothing we can do here, but we will do our best to keep you informed of any problems. You may of course cancel any items that are on backorder.
Returns
Items that arrive damaged or faulty will be exchanged, and we'll refund second class postage or Parcel Force for heavy items. Please do not return items without the correct postage as they may go astray. We will replace items lost in the post, but we do ask that you assist the Post Office in their attempts to track the parcel (they will usually send you a form).To return items that are not damaged or faulty, please check with us
first. We will usually accept such returns but we do not refund postage,
and will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit
back to us. Please note that, for copyright reasons, we cannot accept
returns of charts or kits which have been opened.
